The System Status section above proves a useful indicator of the health of the system. The UptimeRobot simple view should be all you need to refer to.
Transaction statistics are provided on the decline rates currently being seen with our CBA COMMLINK payment gateway CGA. The figures following the gateway identifier provide the percentage of transactions that are being approved (response code 00), declined 01 (Call Issuer), declined 05 (Do No Honour), declined 91 (Host Unavailable), Reversal Pendings and Reversals. An unusually high decline rate points to banking network issues. A high Reversal Pending and/or Reversal rate means that the CBA Bank host is not responding or communications has been lost.
The other line items provide status on other services, communication links, power and termperature of our primary machine room. You need not worry about this detail, it is for use by our staff!
